Booked a basic tour for a Thursday lunchtime last week for my wife and me. So enjoyable and entertaining we upgraded to the premium and the end. Stayed for lunch, which was really top quality. If you're in Jersey do NOT miss this trip, it's an absolute bargain day out, honestly!

Wonderful visit to Le Mare Wine Estate would recommend with Waverley tours journey there and back full of information about Jersey. Wine tour thanks to Freya our tour guide was so interesting with some good tasting. A great afternoon.

We had the deluxe experience as a gift. We arrived early and had lunch and a walk around the or hard. Food was excellent. The guide was very informative. A wonderful day out.

The estate is lovely and we enjoyed the wine. The videos were great as part of the tour as well as the opportunity to try four different drinks. The experience was let down by the tour guide sadly. It started late, he went regularly off topic which meant we finished late (and missed our bus), the jokes attempted were poor causing awkwardness and when we had the premium drink after he refused to allow ice with the Brandy. I’m sure with other guides it would be a great experience.

Excellent and interesting tour. Visited with 2 children, one was 5 and the other was 15, and they were also well catered for. Our guide, Carol, was enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and clearly enjoys her job. She made the tour interesting, and I would have no hesitation in recommending the tour to my friends and family as I felt it offered really good value.

Had a great Sunday lunch from the cafe, followed by a tour and tasting with John. Very lively and informative with a few treats for the children while the grown-ups were sampling the wines, looking forward to coming back again some day.

Great trip to La Mare Wine Estate, very interesting presentations on wine making accompanied by some generous sampling of a selection of wines along with chocolate and fudge. Excellent value and a great way to pass some time.

A very beautiful place, especially if you choose to take a tour and do a wine tasting. The most beautiful hydrangeas I've ever seen in my life, at the parking lot in front of the entrance. There's also a restaurant where you can eat or have a glass of cider or wine. And a small shop where you can buy both beverages and that famous black butter. We enjoyed it, we recommend it!

We had two halves of our tour. The first half was wonderful with Chantel. She did a great job. Wine was beautiful. You can tell it’s made by people who really love what they do.
Unfortunately her colleague then took over, making several inappropriate and insensitive comments and swearing several times. Coming across very unprofessional. We walked away wondering how he had a job talking with customers. Definitely let down the team in our opinion. Please note, I would recommend the experience highly, had it not been for this uncomfortable experience with this certain tour guide.

This was well worth the visit. Bob our tour guide was very good, just the right amount of humour. Knows his stuff. Wines were lovely, liked them all. Not so keen on the cider. They make everything at this estate, wine, a version of calvados, cream liqueur, vodka, gin, jersey black Butter fudge and chocolate. All very nice.
