Amazing visit to La Mare Wine Estate! Such beautiful grounds with plenty of outdoor seating, and the tour was fantastic. Our tour guide, John, was so informative and really made the tour. He was kind, funny and you could tell he really enjoyed his work and had a passion for both the wine and his colleagues. The wine itself was absolutely stunning (the red in particular) and the cream liqueur, as well as the fudge, was gorgeous. Really well priced for the tour too, highly recommend a visit.

Had a wonderful few hours at La Mare wine estate. Had it not been the hottest day of the heatwave we would have definitely stayed for longer.
Did the tour and tasting; was a bit sceptical about value for money as we're not big wine drinkers and had our 2 children with us but it was very interesting and the kids were made to feel included. Bob was our tour guide and ,whilst extremely knowledgeable, it was his personality that brought the most enjoyment to the visit.
Would definitely recommend

The wine tour is well worth booking. It gives a great insight into the wines, ciders and variants they produce, with tasting at the end.

La Mare Wine Estate is a beautiful gem in the countryside of Jersey Island. Everything, from the vineyard to all the buildings, is quite simply beautiful. The tour and tasting was very interesting and we tried great produce (not only the wines, but also the chocolate and some of the spirits). The passion and dedication of the people working there were incredible, it has been such a good afternoon! If you visit Jersey, I strongly recommend to make time for this!

Had a lovely tour of the ground. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and funny, took us through the grounds -history and present. We also had a lovely tasting of the wines, and we enjoyed them so much we took a bottle home with us and some other products from the estate.

Excellent tour of a beautiful vineyard with a knowledgeable and charming Louise . Highly recommend. Easy public transport from St Helier so everyone can enjoy the wine tasting!

We are absolutely thrilled with our visit! The farm shop offers a fantastic selection of local delicaciesâthe salted caramel cream is an absolute must-try and simply heavenly.

We had the best cream tea here in a long time! The scones taste wonderfully fresh and nostalgicâjust like they used to be made back in the day.
The entire staff is extremely warm, super friendly, and attentive. A huge plus: dogs are warmly welcome here, which made the stay perfect for us.
An all-around fantastic and very cool experience. Almost too good to keep as a hidden gemâhighly recommended!

Andrew, our guide was very informative and highly entertaining. If you want to discover the wine making process and enjoy a tipple at the same time, the guided tour at La Mare, is highly recommended. You might want to get a taxi!

The tour was excellent, with Tom as our guide. He made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. As a fellow watch enthusiast, I also have to say he has excellent taste in watches!
After the tour, we had lunch in The Vineyard, and the food was outstanding. Great quality, beautifully presented, and the perfect way to round off the visit.

Hatte eine wundervolle Zeit im La Mare Wine Estate. Das Essen ist sehr lecker (Mediterranean Salad und Scone mit Clotted Cream/ Marmelade) Ich kann die Tour mit Tasting nur empfehlen. Wir hatten einen sehr netten und sympathischen Tour Guide names Tom. Er hat uns wundervoll durch das Wine Tasting gefĂŒhrt.

Definitely worth a visit. Even if you dont do the tour, the restaurant and setting are brilliant and worth a visit.
Our guide, Tom (I think) was very knowledgeable and his enthusiasm was obvious. He was very happy to answer our questions and took time after the tour to chat with us and give us recommendations for lunch in the winery restaurant (crab ciabatta - very nice) and a nearby bay, that he said locals visited. This again was lovely

Absolutely lovely wine tasting tour. I wish I could bring home some black butter, but unfortunately it is only sold in larger jars, over the carry on liquid limits.

A great tour from start to finish. Andrew our tour guide was lovely. He was so knowledgeable, very friendly, just a lovely chap. Sampled sparkling, red and white wine after looking at the grapes and getting some history. Had sample of chocolate and fudge too. I would highly recommend the tour. Bus stop right outside the estate. Thank you Andrew. Unfortunately due to time scale we never had time to sample anything from the cafe but what was coming out looked lovely.
