Informative and interesting tour covering many aspects of the estates produce. Afternoon tea in the outside terrace was great too. We would highly recommend for a half day out. The outdoor area ĥas a play area too.

Carol our guide was amazing. Very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. We had beautiful sunshine and a tour to ourselves due to a quieter time of year. The estate was stunning and the wine, cider and apple liquor was very nice. A very worthwhile and enjoyable activity.

A really enjoyable experience, which was made better by the fact it was just our group of four on the tour. We had a good opportunity to interact with the tour presenter which made it a very personal experience.

A lovely wine tour, really interesting and would definitely recommend all the products and making time to enjoy the cafe as well. My only bit of advise would be to remember what can and cannot be carried through customs - my rooky mistake but I got some black butter and salted caramel which was confiscated at the airport :-(

La Mare hosted our wedding evening in July 2023 and cannot recommend the venue more. Karen was our point of contact and kept the planning as stress free as possible for a wedding. Her experience and supplier contacts were really helpful as we were arranging from the UK. Would like to add these suppliers included Paul Wright (photographer) and Jack Searson (videographer) - again couldn't recommend more. All vineyard visitors were cleared from the premises prior to the event as promised.

Impressively the in house catering team were able to serve 120 high quality meals and treated us to a lovely tasting afternoon, where we could sample all of the meals and wines on offer.

In Jersey for the weekend. Decided to do the wine tour, we paid for the premium tour. We went on the first tour, there were 3 of us all together. The next tour was rammed, about 25 people. The tour was informative, interesting with tasting of 3 wines and the sparkling cider. Tour guide was very practical and told us about the shop at the airport restaurant buying goods. The apple brandy cream was delicious, as was the fudge and chocolate. We had a nip and mixer included in the premium tour. Nice pink gin and potato vodka. Also got a plate of toasted bread and 3 jar products to taste. You are encouraged to wander the grounds.
Cafe on site, which is reasonably priced.
Definitely recommend if you like this type of thing.

I'm just reviewing the cafe where we went for lunch.
Unfortunately the menu on line didn't match up with the food available at the cafe.
We both had Haddock, chips and mushy peas, which was okay. We thoroughly enjoyed the desserts.
Clean, and airy cafe. Not busy at all.
Big car park.

A great afternoon. Lovely vineyard in an idyllic setting. And we had a great time wine tasting. The red wine is awesome! And the cider is top too (they've a shop in the airport, don't worry if you're hand luggage only)

Highly recommend a visit and a tour. It was our favourite thing we did on Jersey.

And it was great to meet Roger (ask after him, he's very friendly)

The sun was shining, the grounds were lovely. The tour was very informative and we enjoyed the wines and the brandy cream in the chocolate cup was delicious. Particularly liked the melba toasts with black butter relish which went down well with our drink as we had opted for the premium tour. We were even treated to a tap dance by our tour leader who was good fun!

A lovely experience. Was a shame we didn't get to see the distiller in real life, as there was another talk going on at the same time!

Beautifully kept winery, with lovely grounds and vineyard. The tour was interesting and we enjoyed the tasting. More tasting notes would have been even better. It would have been great to see the chocolates being made. The shop had a nice selection of items. The cafe served really good food and we were able to sit outside and make the most of the autumn sunshine. Allow plenty of time to get there if travelling by bus as there were lots of delays on the Saturday we visited and we only just made it on time.

We had a premium tour with John. Before we decided on the tour, I researched the vineyard, and I thought it looked quite good. The research honestly did not do the tour and experience justice. We had a brilliant time. We had a really unforgettable experience. We have started to try to understand wine more in recent years and this tour was amazing. It really helped to understand, growing, harvesting and brewing processes. We sampled all of the estate produced wine, and wow, just wow !! They produce really lovely wine, but wine is only part of the story. The other products made onsite are equally good quality and unique. A must to try is the apple brandy, the chocolate and the Jersey Black butter. An excellent tour for foodies and wines alike, highly recommended, something for everyone. Very easy to get to on the bus too
