An excellent tour with a very informative guide (Carol) - met with Jordi who is the winemaker - tasting session was very nice and left you wanting more - recommended if you are in Jersey - easily accessible by bus which stops just outside

Amazing place, Freya (I think it was) was a great guide and very informative regarding the history of the vineyards and the distillery<br>Enjoyed the sampling of the wines and the cider.<br>Definitely worth a visit

The Annual Jersey Drag Hunt Ball was held at La Mare in March this year. What a fabulous event, excellent food, the most attentive service and the most picturesque setting we could have hoped for.

I had my 50th birthday party at La Mare<br>Karen was amazing, so helpful with the planning which took the stress off me<br>The room was excellent ⊠the staff were so attentive and happy, nothing was too much trouble<br>The food was outstanding<br>The evening went with out any problems, it went so smoothly and was very organised<br>Karen coordinated with my band, DJ and party decorator with timings ect<br>We had the most amazing night and great memories.I canât thank Karen and La Mare enough

My husband and I held both of our daughtersâ First Communion celebrations here, and we absolutely loved it. We hosted the first event in 2024, and it was such a wonderful experience that we decided to return again in 2025.<br><br>Karen and her team were incredibly accommodating â they took care of every request, and the venue looked beautiful on both occasions. The space itself is stunning, both indoors and outdoors, and the food was absolutely delicious. I had a specific menu request, and Karen and her staff handled it perfectly.<br><br>All of our guests left happy (with a drink or two and full bellies!), and we left with wonderful memories that weâll cherish forever.

We had the most magical day at La Mare wine estate for our wedding! It was the most perfect and beautiful setting for our special day and the staff were incredible during the planning process and the day itself. I would highly recommend to any couples looking to get married!

La mare was the perfect wedding venue, the grounds are so beautiful there really is no need to even decorate if you chose not to.<br>The food was superb and attention to detail between the staff and other suppliers was second to none. I wish we could do it all over again and canât wait to come back to visit. Highly recommend.

Our newly wed daughter Jenny and our new son-in-law Sam held their wedding reception at La Mare Wine Estates â€ïž on Friday, 12th September 2025.<br><br>Both Karen, Margot, and all the staff at La Mare were amazing. The venue was stunning, the main hall inside was beautifully laid out, the welcome champagne with canapĂ©s on the lawned private gardens worked well and all the food was delicious. Fabulous day at the vineyard. Tour guide Neil was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and very approachable. We had afternoon tea which was delicious. The shop sold high quality Jersey made goods.All staff were friendly and helpful.

We visited for the Classic Tour and Tasting. Booked the last tour of the day (15:30) which resulted in it just being the 4 of us and the guide Neil and we therfore we had his undivided attention throughout. The estate is in a beautiful location, the wines are very nice and Neil was very knowledgeable and friendly. An excellent way to spend the late afternoon ... although if the weather is nice it may be wise to do an earlier tour and then stay on to enjoy their wines at the tables in the garden.<br><br>Very easy to get to with the bus stopping almost right outside.

A very worthwhile visit. Lots of information and set in a beautiful location.<br>We were in a private tour and our guide was called John. He was brilliant, he held his audience, made it amusing and at no point did you lose interest ! The tasting is obviously very enjoyable, and obviously you have the opportunity to purchase goods before you leave.<br>Make the effort to visit, it really is worth it and if you're lucky you may even have John as your guide!!

We had an amazing visit with roberts coaches ,John the owner gave us a lovely talk taking us through all the process ,wine tasty was lovely especially the pomvie ,then we had a beautiful cream tea the black butter was delicious so had to but a jar, also there,s a lovely Cockerell roaming around ,book you won't be disappointed x
