My favourite zoo. Spent hours talking with incredible staff, watching extremely endangered animals in magnificent enclosures

Educational and inspirational work and day out for everyone. Plenty for kids. Lots of wasps in summer is only draw back and would love them to do more to encourage less packaging!

An absolutely fantastic zoo and wonderful experience. Unlike some other zoos, the animals seem genuinely content and not frustrated. It does excellent conservation work which you can find out all about at the zoo.

I highly recommend going to all of the keeper talks throughout the day (the first is at 11:30am) - they are a super interesting insight into some of the daily goings on of the zoo, as well as bigger picture stuff about conservation.

This is an absolute must if you are in Jersey for any amount of time.

We have been to many small and large zoo's so went with an open mind. Jersey zoo doesn't't have alot of animals, however the enclosures are huge for them, the problem is the zoo has filled the enclosures with lots of bush so you can't actually see the animals. Its a tough one as I'm glad to see the animals are well cared for but I paid to see the animals and apart from bears and gorillas (which where my fave) and meerkats you couldn't see much else. If you are a student take your student card x

I'm not usually one for zoos, but this one felt different. The animals looked well cared for and only one (a bear) was stereotyping. Big enclosures for all and great viewing places for the public. The quietness of the venue was very relaxing.

Food was reasonably priced and of excellent quality. Portion sizes were very good, so do make sure you're hungry.

If I had any advice it would be arrive early, not because it's crowded, but because it feels like there's just you in the park.
