Great zoo. The keeper talks are very informative and I would recommend trying to plan your visit around them. The signage can sometimes be a little confusing but there are plenty of staff around to ask if you're wondering where to go.

My 2nd visit and what a fantastic zoo, so much to see and do, and a great cafe on site. Loved the amphibian house, fascinating to see the tiny poison dart frogs.

Fabulous place, so clean and tidy. Easy to navigate, loved reading the Durrells story. The food was lovely in the cafe, can highly recommend the carrot cake.

Wow, what a great place! My absolutely fav part was the butterfly house! It was rainy when we went so the animals didn't want to play and come out, but great layout, the cafe was clean and reasonably priced... Will definitely go again!

Animals seemed to be happy and the cafe was nice I do think they could have added places to refill water bottles. Cafe workers were nice

Amazing. Membership well worth getting and the breakfast rolls in the cafe with the play area for children are a superb addition to the incredible range of animals
