Great work being carried out to save Indian Ocean reptiles, breed and re-home them once their habitat is restored. Also a fun day out Zoo with lots of interaction, well with the exception of the Bears

Family friendly zoo with emphasis on conservation. Orangutans, Limas gorillas, meerkats and more. Couple of cafe with access for wheelchairs serving hot and cold food. Easily available by public transport. You will need at least 5 hours here.

We went to Jersey zoo on our honeymoon & was very impressed with it then. 50 years later we visited it again & it was still excellent.

Always wanted to visit Jersey Zoo since reading "My family and other animals" at school. Lovely grounds to wander around and great to see the animals and the conservation projects in progress. Love the dedication of the keepers too.

Not so much a zoo, as a wildlife park. Various tracks lead you around the animal enclosures, with much left as wild as possible. The animals are not all the :"usual supects", but more the endangered type. Do not expect to see your usual zoo layout, but something more relaxing and a good dayout.I 🦍🦝🐒🦝.

Love visiting Jersey Zoo. The Zoo is designed around the animals and not the public. The main purpose is to help endangered species. Some animals are not on view to the public as their health and welfare comes first.

Excellent conservation zoo to visit with all the family. My particular favourites are the Western Lowland Gorillas - Badongo the silver back is my particular. The zoo does excellent conservation work across the world . Visit highly recommended.
