Great day out. The whole story from start to present of the zoo is exceptional. The animals are all impeccably kept and clearly well looked after. The ground and beautiful and the staff friendly and helpful. Well priced and well worth a visit.

Jersey Zoo easily earns a full five stars. From the warm welcome at the pay desk to the cheery farewell at the gift shop, the day's visit was an absolute delight. The zoo is not just about the wonderful, well cared for animals but a real insight into the conservation and rewilding work that is undertaken worldwide. Appointed staff members are on hand to talk with visitors and help you learn more. You get a real sense that staff and volunteers really care.
The Dodo restaurant is super efficient and super friendly with excellent, good value food.
There is plenty of car and cycle parking space and buses call in on a regular basis.
All in all an excellent day out! And you can even become a year-round member and sponsor an animal of your choice.

What a fantastic place to visit! Even on a cloudy, showery day. Very impressed with how the animals are cared for, and their enclosures. Cannot fault the staff or facilities. Would recommend a visit.

Emma on reception is the most delightful person. She couldn't do enough for us, made our visit so enjoyable.

This is the third time I have visited this zoo whilst on holiday in Jersey during the last six years. Didn't think it was as good as previous visits. Seems like there is less animals and not much interaction with animal keepers. Seemed very tired and could do with a spruce up.

Great place for a visit , animals are clearly well looked after and provided for .
Our party had a wheelchair so my gripe would be that the non tarmac pathways are really hard to negotiate as they are gravel dirt tracks with many that have roots breaking through . Ultimately it’s a great day trip but take note it’s a rough day if you are disabled or in a a wheel chair
