A fantastic day in the rain at Jersey zoo.All the animals were inside but very entertaining.<br>We sat in the Orangutan area for over an hour.

Very well presented animal enclosures although I would have liked to see more signage and information in general. Cafe table was not cleared before or while we ate so we did have to pile up someone else's mess, but I think they were very busy and over stretched that day

Really lovely zoo...very well laid out and with conservation at its heart.<br>Gerald Durrell was an amazing man and the zoo hosts both fascinating animals and some very interesting Durrell family history

Brilliant place to visit especially with a young family. All of the keepers / volunteers are so knowledgeable and very helpful. Can be a bit hit and miss with seeing the animals out and about, but just go back to the enclosure later and try your luck again. A great day out

Great work being carried out to save Indian Ocean reptiles, breed and re-home them once their habitat is restored. Also a fun day out Zoo with lots of interaction, well with the exception of the Bears

Family friendly zoo with emphasis on conservation. Orangutans, Limas gorillas, meerkats and more. Couple of cafe with access for wheelchairs serving hot and cold food. Easily available by public transport. You will need at least 5 hours here.
