A great day out with the kids! Lots to do and see, be prepared to queue a bit for food though. Dinosaur land is a good addition.

Nice little zoo, the animals are all very well cared for, in fabulous condition and the enclosures were spotless. The train ride for £2 each extra was a waste of money, should be included.
The worst part was the end bit getting across the road to car park 3, so so dangerous, there’s no sign at the end of the path, we saw young children skipping along then straight in the road! The speeds the cars come along there is shocking , there should be someone manning it or a crossing or barriers at end of path out of the park at very least. Nice little day out

This wildlife park is a really great local attraction. The animals are impressive, the play parks are fun, the dinosaur train was great and the stage shows are entertaining. We were lucky enough to see a choir performing there too! It was a great day out for my 2 year old.

This place is amazing, the kid's go crazy for all this, something for everyone, get there early as there is sooo much to see and do, I'll be going back there with my son and friends and their kid's again and again, simply an outstanding day out.

Very clean, family friendly wildlife park. Nice selection of animals, but could have had few more (bear expansion planned). It is definitely catered towards young families. If adults were to go alone, they would probably get bored. Ideal time to visit will be during warm/dry weather. Lacking activities/games, which would have made the park more interactive. The in-park dino train ride is quick, but definitely needs more on show for the ride. The dinosaurs should have been more animated on the ride, rather than still. Overall, pleasant experience, with friendly staff. Id recommend the park for a nice, quick weekend activity with the kids.

PWP was filled with lots to see and things to do! It’s definitely a great place to go with your family for a day out. However, I would say that the train ride should be cheaper for children to go on (it’s currently £2 a person). There is a nice selection of food places to go to. I got some chips and they were lovely, okay price too! However, it took us 20 minutes of waiting to get 2 cups of coffee! There was only a queue of about 4 people before us so this was lousy.

A park that's split into several areas: the zoo, dinosaur world, swimming area and play area.

Dinosaur world is really well done animatronics with some great signs and sandpit area.

The zoo was "ok". I felt some of the enclosures were too small for the animals (European wolves, lions, snow leopard).

There is a dinosaur Train which is good fun but it's £2 per person which I think is too much when you consider the entry price.

Food: several food outlets but they get really busy around lunch and the queue was around 20-30 mins. You're not allowed to eat your own food inside the safari restaurant but there are elsewhere. There's vegan /vegetarian options available.

Ice cream stands /coffee spots around the parks which are good but it was quite slow moving.

Plenty of picnic benches and places to sit.

Playground is good, well maintained and set out

Toilets/baby change: could be better? They were very quickly dirty/ very wet and there were no kid sized toilets or sinks. In one toilet for the baby change there was a step up and meant it was really difficult to get a pram in.

Suggestions:
- bring swimming gear
- bring coins (£1) for some of the games
- bring your own food/drinks

Animals are clearly well looked after. I think the food outlets are seriously overpriced for low rate food. I think entry is quite overpriced too. In comparison West Midlands safari park for 4 paid tickets is £30 cheaper and a much better day. I wouldnt recommend at all.

Lovely place, so much to do and apart from entry costs we didn't pay a fortune on the trip! Only thing that really got to me was the overwhelming amount of wasps but that can't be helped.

Haven’t been here for a while - this visit felt busy and poorly staffed. There was no one monitoring the (very hot) indoor soft play area, so it was full of kids who were too old / not wearing socks / playing too roughly etc. Also no staff at the Lagoon area, which was overcrowded and felt like an accident waiting to happen (water is deep for toddlers).
They also still charge extra for the dino train ride (£2 pp) and various coin-operated ride-ons dotted around, which rankles when you’ve already paid nearly £100 for entry. Toilets weren’t great.
It’s still the best place we’ve visited for young dinosaur fans, the “World of Dinosaurs” section is excellent, but I wouldn’t rush back for anything else.
