100% a must see!
This was an organised day out for a friend of the family. We were not disappointed! Paradise Wildlife Park was amazing. The staff were super friendly, the park itself was exceptionally clean and tidy and extremely well spaced out. The staff's knowledge of the animals was unbelievable (Thanks Aaron) and you could almost feel the passion they had. Our young friend had the privilege of feeding the penguins and we couldn't praise everyone enough of how she was treated.Thank you all so much for a truly fantastic day out - we'll definitely be back!!

Was my second time going here but this time went with my partner and our 18 month old.
You can drive here as loads of parking but we went by train.
At the train station there is a number for a bus to come pick you up which we done but no bus came and after half an hour we got a cab there which cost us about £7.
Line was not long so quick to pay and our son went free.
Loads to do. First section has the main eating area and a few places to grab drinks and food. Big play area with slides, swings, climbing equipment and a big pirate ship play house. Soft play and cafe. The new dinosaur land is there and great to see. They have a train which you pay £2 to go round and see more of the dinosaur land.
They have the reindeer and Wolfe’s.
If you cross over they have some small playable rides and slides and the gift shop.
All the main animals such as tigers, lions, camels and other animals. You can buy animal food and feed certain animals such as pigs, rabbits and goats.
More places to stop and eat and drink.
Easy access for prams and wheelchairs.
We had a great time and our son loved running around seeing and feeding the animals. Not so great if it’s raining as you can’t really see much but perfect if it’s a sunny hot day or even just a little cold.

Me & my partner visited as a birthday gift. We will never forget the most amazing experience we had here feeding the lions. The young lady was very helpful & answered all of our questions & demonstrated how to feed them. We took turns in placing the meat in our hands and placing by the cage where you feel the lion breathing on you and taking the meat from your hand. Scary at first but absolutely amazing to be the close to an incredible animal.

The only small dislike we had was other visitors coming near where we did the experience having kids screaming and people shouting when we are trying to enjoy our experience with the lions.

Overall defiantly worth the experience! Thank you :)

We had an incredible day at Paradise Wildlife. The Dinosaur Park is the best ever. The zoo area is clean, the cages are spacious, many playgrounds. The whole experience is a big thumbs up apart of the restaurant. Unprofessional services, food not delicious.

The park is just superb!! It is compact yet with enough space for the animals...we’ve never seen animals so clean & so happy & we’ve been to parks & zoos all over the world. The big cat family were amazing, hats off to all the keepers. The park was spotlessly clean, the kids rides & entertainment was fantastic...couldn’t have been a better day, thank you to all the staff at PWP, amazing & keep up your excellent work

Wanted somewhere to spend the afternoon on route to Heathrow and this park came up on the rada, how glad we were it did. We all loved it, staff were lovely, it was very clean (except the soft play which looked a little under staffed) and the overall feel if the place was great. The Dinosaurs blew my away, I knew there was some there, but there were more and they were far more impressive than expected. The is plenty of play areas for the kids to enjoy in this part of the park also. On the other side of the park is a great selection of animals, big cars, meerkats, lemurs etc. There are plenty of shows, displays and talks to keep everyone entertained for a good few hours, I think we stayed about six. All in all a very nice afternoon and not stupidly priced. Will be going again when on another road trip.

My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed the wildlife park itself - all of the free talks we visited throughout the day were very interesting. There was plenty to do and see, and all of the animal enclosures seemed to have lots of enrichment and suitable terrain for them.

The Tea with Tigers was incredibly disappointing and not worth the money at all! Whilst our guide was very knowledgable and professional, that was as good as it got. All of the talks she gave, any member of he public could listen in on (for free, when we all paid). The only ‘behind the scenes’ aspect was a small bit of road near the lions which got us the smallest bit closer than the general public could get.

The afternoon tea was a buffet, by the time we got up there, there was not much left. The sandwiches looked quite squashed and tasted and felt stale. Inside the cafe, there were only two tables where you could view the tigers. Our table was right at the back of the cafe and we could not see anything, however we paid the same amount as the two tables who sat at the front.

Overall, it was a real waste of money and we both felt so sad and dissatisfied at the end.

Paradise Wildlife Park and it’s staff is a fantastic place to visit whether young or old. It has an indoor ball park for little ones; paddling pool; loads of shows and animal encounters and talks. The keepers really love the animals and the animals respond to them well. We’ve been visiting at least twice a year for over 20 years.

Ok so positives! Lovely and friendly and clean and some great animals to see aswell. The bird show was good and the staff are very knowledgeable.
Daughter liked the play parks the most as well as the lemurs and goats!
Negative! The burger was the most disgusting burger I have ever seen, one bite was more than enough! The train - why do you charge for this? And there were no coffee/drinks kiosks??
Last neg was the small enclosures but the animals looked really cared for so that's the main thing.
A good day out with daughter and daddy and would go back.

This was my second visit to Paradise Park this year, and it did not disappoint.
The weather was perfect and all the animals were out enjoying the sunshine.
Again they all looked in good condition and very contented and seemed to enjoy
watching us watching them.
There is always plenty to do here, especially for the kids, many of them were really enjoying the dinosaur park, and all the restaurants/tea kiosks seemed to be doing a
good trade, not sure about the prices as I take a packed lunch, but tea & coffee very reasonable.
Saw several animal encounters going on, which was very entertaining, and the White
Tiger (Baikal) when his feed time came, he was really playing to the crowd.
Everybody was enjoying it, including him as he paraded around his pool before
collecting his meat.
Again the enclosures were very clean, and the staff as I have always found were
very helpful and informative. Also saw people in mobility scooters, they seems to be enjoying themselves. If you love animals then this is the place to visit as
they are so many different species to enjoy. A super day.

So, our family are 2 ever tired parents, a dinosaur mad 3 year old and an 11month old.

The day started AMAZINGLY! The dinosaur trail is absolutely brilliant for kids. As near as you are going to get to Jurassic Park! My son asked on more than one occasion if the dinosaurs were real or not. The animatronics were very, VERY good.

Another good thing here is the kids playground. A pirate ship, a fire engine, a train a mini tree house and numerous things to climb and play in. Can’t fault this at all. You could quite easily spend a couple of hours there.

Now... here are the gripes.

1) The smallest, but still annoying was paying £2 each for a smallish train ride inside the park. We paid £50 for us all to get in..! SURELY this should cover that?! Face painting £5 each! Both of these are free at our local zoo. Just smacks a bit of a rip off for me.
2) Some areas, including the soft play area has seen better days. The laminate flooring as you walk into the soft play has absolutely had it, the carpet and furniture felt grubby and there isn’t really an area for early pre schoolers to do anything. I’m not usually a big one for moaning about grubbiness (just mutter under breath and forget about it usually) but it really wasn’t inviting. Despite this our eldest seemed to have fun in there.
3) Most importantly for me.. It is a wildlife park. We have been to Whipsnade, which isn’t too far away and we loved it. There seemed like there was so much room for the animals to run around and enjoy. In my opinion, the enclosures at Paradise Wildlife Park are WAY too small for too many of the animals. It actually made me feel very uncomfortable to see the Big Cats cooped up in such small areas. They advertise that you can get up close to the Lions, Tigers and Cheetahs, but I’d rather them be a few more metres away and have better enclosures to live in. I’m not an animal rights activist by any stretch of the imagination, but I felt so bad about this that I wouldn’t go back. If I’m paying for a wildlife park, I want to know those animals have the very best conditions possible. Again - and this is my opinion - some of animals I saw today definitely didn’t and that’s not something I am willing to witness again, no matter how good the dinosaur trail is.

Loved it here, I like zoo’s anyway, have never been here before. Short drive from home. Loved all the animals and managed to catch a few feeding times too. Lots of stuff for younger children to do, lots of activities and parks etc. Never seen so much for the kids to do, they’ve took the time to make sure everyone is catered for. Animals are well kept (although never enough room for them) but would definitely recommend. Enough eateries and not too expensive either and they even cater for gluten free diet (my hubby has coeliacs) so was a bonus. Spent around 4 hrs here, took lots of pictures. Would’ve like to have seen an aquarium, there’s only piranhas in one tank. And couldn’t really see the tarantulas either, but overall a good day. The dinosaur park was brilliantly done too.

2 adults and 3 children aged 8,6 and 5. The children loved the dinosaurs. Realistic movements and noises plus enough information for children. Owe thought the train ride through the dinosaurs was expensive at £2 for 3 minutes! Revisited this section on the way out.
The animals looked happy although their cages are small.
The water snake was sooo big!
Alternated between play park and animals.
The lagoon is a paddling area and suited to smaller children.
We all had a great day.

This was an absolutely fantastic day the main car park is very well laid out with walk ways, the park is well kept and clean with plenty of bins, the dinosaur land is brilliant and well thought out for bigger and young children and the young at heart.animals are well kept but found the enclosures a bit small. That is good toilet facilities. Good eating areas but very good picnic tables so I would advise to take a picnic as the food and drink fairly expensive.ther is really good play areas and a small pool . All in all this is a fantastic day out.

Paradise wildlife is a lovely little zoo with lots of different animals to see,an can get up nice an close to the animals to get great pictures

the dinosaurs park was brilliant my kids loved it

1 big disappointment is all the extra bits that cost more money you can't avoid them crazy golf, train ride(waste of money),slides rock climbing arcades
Food to buy to feed some certain animals(which they didn't eat as they have probably been eating all day)
i understand they have got to make money but with 3 kids gets really expensive

Entry price was a bit pricey just shy of £97 can go to a bigger zoo for less an spend a whole day out

But its great to see them improving the zoo an building new enclosures or updating old one

overall we had fun an a great few hours

We visited the park on August bank holiday Monday, although busy, queues for entry to the park and attractions were short. We specifically went to see the selection of big cats that the park has onsite and were not disappointed !!! The park also has dinosaur world, a children's play park, indoor soft play area and 18 hole crazy golf course. A fabulous day had by all.

Visited this place in past couple of times, first time this weekend since new addition - Dinosaur site. Having a little dinosaur fanatic, we had a chance to sample several dino attractions, this however was a very good quality, exhibits look realistic, moving, making dinosaur noises, pleasant enviroment, great settings. Dino train is additional bonus, as well as gift shop offering great variety of not too expensive toys and souvenirs.
Park offers wide variety of animals to see, great attracion is feed the parrots (additional charge of £1 per person applies, restricted hours only).
Park is constantly improving - in terms of additionals enclousures being built, new animals being added - biggest anaconda in captivity at the moment on display!! - great outdoor, as well as in door playground since weather here can be a little unsettled.

Only downside is extremely long waiting time in restaurant - during peak time for lunch , we had to queue for over 40minutes! ...on another note food is great value and good quality.

We definitely will be back again.

A great full day . Plenty to keep all age ranges occupied throughout the day . Well thought out viewing areas for the children to see most animals . Plenty of feeding times and educational signs and lectures . Several fast food outlets and picnic areas . When the children have had enough and want to let off steam then several play areas to explore .

Excellent place with very friendly staff and a lot to see. Most of it is accessible by wheelchair.
Talks in the animal park are very informative.
The foods at the various outlets are reasonably priced.

We visited on a very wet and miserable day so it wasn’t very busy overall. We didn’t have any small children with us so can’t really comment on the play areas but what we did see looked quite old fashioned. No queues for anything and we were easily able to get close to the animals but I do wonder how much we would have seen if it had been a sunny day when the park is busier. It was amazing to get so close to the big cats in particular, however, this did appear to be because the enclosures are so small. I was glad we had eaten before arriving as the food places didn’t seem to be up to much, the main cafe had lots of trays of half eaten food left on tables. Not sure I’d want to go back.

We recently took 2 of our grandchildren for a day out here. The weather was dreary but the mood certainly wasn’t. My husband and I have senior membership which I would certainly recommend. Prices for the young children is quite expensive but they were occupied all day. We had a fun time visiting the animals and they particularly loved the penguins and lions. They loved the train and new dinosaurs trail. Time was spent in the splash pool and playground where we had a lovely picnic.
