What a lovely place, this place stands out of the average as it has a verity so the kids don’t get board (zoo, kids pool, walks, train ride, climbing park, indoor soft play, museum of old race bikes, farm, and more) well done!!

A great Zoo, not too big but big enough. You can go round to the bits you enjoyed more than once without having to walk miles. The animals enclosures and zoo itself are clean and kept well. The restaurant like at any zoo is rather expensive but the sevice was fast and the place kept clean. Good value for money when booking tickets online. Pleanty to do if you have kids. Lots of parking. Worth a view.

First visit great with children especially fir our grandchildren and a fourth birthday we had a wonderful time and we will be back to see the dinosaurs they were brilliant and a great hit with our party x

A fantastic day out no matter the weather. We visit often and there’s always something new to see, do and learn about.
Unlike the larger zoos, the keepers are more visible. The keepers are so friendly and no question is too much, they are knowledgable and have great customer service.
The new lion enclosure is amazing, you can really get up, close and personal with the beautiful white lions.
We have become members of the zoo and plan to return for the special weekends planned throughout the year to support the amazing endangered animals they look after.

Good place for family day out. Plenty to see and do. Very clean. Obviously quite a bit of investment went in recently. Enclosures were large and had spotless glass. White lions were great.
