We always visit whenever we come to the UK. Great to see the World of Dinosaurs this time. I was surprised at how small the splash area was as it’s always been too cold to use before. However to see that there was not any members of staff there to manage the numbers or keep order in this area was disappointing..... too many babies in normal nappies for my liking.
I’m sure they have plans in place to make this a better attraction as at present it’s inadequate. Separate areas for younger and older children would be better.
It’s great that PWP allow you to bring your own food for picnics- you feel then like spending later on for drinks and ice creams. Great marketing ploy to put the exit of DE in the Gift shop like most Attractions. However this can really disrupt your plans if you do DW first 🤷🏾‍♀️

Had a lovely day. A great day out for young families. The splash pool was great as it was a hot day. Dinosaurs were really good, and the childrens fun park was brilliant. Our 3 yr old had a fantastic fun packed day....and you dont get charged for parking.

Always a wonderful day out. The kids especially love the Dinosaur exhibit and the Lagoon. There's plenty of parking and several places to get a range of reasonably priced food and drink. There's even a nice picnic area.

The face painting is another highlight for children and adults alike. We've been bringing the children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews for more than twenty years. Highly recommended.

Adorable zoo about an hour to hour and a half from Central London. If you have the time and a car I definitely recommend this zoo over the ZSL zoo.Every exhibit has multiple viewpoints here. There were plenty of opportunities to easily see all the animals here. The enclosures were extremely well kept and I think all had an indoor and outdoor area for the animals.

I recently went to Paradise Wildlife Park with my 2 young children and mother in law, we were having an amazing time when unfortunately my daughter was stung on the lip by a wasp. We asked a member of staff where we could find a first aider, he promptly called one over to us and waited with us until she arrived. We were seen by a lovely first aider who advised us that due to the swelling it would be best to go to the pharmacy (getting a 2nd opinion to confirm this) she then personally accompanied us back to our car. The next day I received an email from the team to check up on my daughter, I felt this really went above and beyond and shows they are a caring and attentive organisation. We are looking forward to coming back soon to experience the whole park.

Me and my family had a good day at the zoo yesterday lots to do and see the guys and girls that run the zoo are fantastic and very helpful their knowledge on the animals is also fantastic my children of 8,12,14 had a great time my only complaint is that Dino train I believe they shouldn’t charge for that £2 to be on the train for about 3-4 mins to see fake dinosaurs is a bit of a joke other than the Dino thing we had a good day

A very clean and tidy place. Very helpful and friendly staff. A great place to visit. The dinosaur area is great, the kids loved it. The zoo is great and nice to see the animals looking well care for and nice cage area for them. The jeep that is half in the lion cage is a brilliant idea.

Booked meerkat experience for daughters 21st birthday as mad on meerkats. It was expensive and a rip off in as much as given small bowl of food by keeper to entice them over and one ate from bowl and then after that it was more of a talk about them . Thought they should have had experience maybe in larger enclosure. She enjoyed it but thought more interaction with them. Saw people doing experience in Isle of Wight zoo and they clambered all over people because had more food . Paradise park is nice day out.

Had a fantastic day out yesterday. I did, Feed the Tiger experience .would like to thank Josh the keeper, for a very enjoyable, amazing time. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and made sure my family were included in sharing my experience. The whole park had something for everyone and all ages. Good value for money.
