I had never been before so was pleasantly surprised about the size, there is plenty to see and do, I took my 16 year old son with me who enjoyed it but I feel it would be more suitable for younger children as there were quite a few play areas and climbing frames to go on. We had lunch in the diner, it wasn't overly busy, but it took about 10 minutes before we were served but there was plenty of space to sit so my son sat and waited while I queued. Very tasty cheeseburger and chicken burger. We had a great time there and I'll be back with my younger children over the summer break.

Went to the zoo today. I was pleasantly surprised how much it had changed. The dinosaurs trial walk was fabulous.
Lovely zoo with great staff Emma in the restaurant and morgan a lovely young man both very helpful. Plenty of animals to see. Shop was expensive though. Karen in the shack was selling ice cream nice lady. Deffo go again.

Lovely. Great family day out. Our todler had great fun beetween dinosaurs, animals and several scattered play areas. Allow about 5 hours for the whole thing to include lunch on site. Food was decent and quite cheap compared to London prices. Paid 15 for 2 burgers with chips and drinks. Definitely recommend the place.

Would've given more but this is covid-19 time which meant a lot of closures and missing animals. Will go again in a couple of years when everything completed and all animals present.

Disappointing,fewer animals,fewer powered rides,same price.My grandchildren enjoyed themselves but we had done everything twice and we’re out in two hours.

We really enjoyed our time there, my grandson loved the Dinosaur walk. There were plenty of hand cleaning stations and I felt very safe.

A lovely day out for a family. Clean areas all round . plenty to keep the children happy all day .lunch was a fair price .the dinosaur park was good with animation for good effect.all in all worth a visit

Had a great time with grandchildren aged 6 and 3. Animals arenot too far to walk round for youngsters with high viewing platforms. Play area very good and the dinosaur trail is very very good. All areas well cared for. Excellent venue. Fortunate that is close by and season ticket is excellent value. Love the giant tortoise.
