Had an amazing time! Would highly recommend and visit again. Fairly priced tickets and gift shops, easy to get to, friendly staff, well kept and clean attraction!!
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the food on offer, the quality and preparation are low but prices very high.
Even during COVID restrictions they’ve done a fantastic job of keeping some normalcy. The staff are knowledgable particularly the gentleman in the Dino world baby section.
Will visit again once the bear enclosure is complete and hope they add a ride or two more.
Bring a large packed lunch!

Lots of fun and interesting things to see. The only thing that I gave 4 star's and not 5 is because if you buy tickets you must be sure with the date and weather. The tickets are non refundable and non transferable. Anyway the children enjoyed everything. The dinosaurs 🦕 are amazing. They move, make sounds and are life sized.

Very good, spent the hole day here and there was still more todo. And the animals enclosures are very well maintained. Would definitely recommend

A brilliant day out for the children,
It is clear through out the staff are working hard to improve areas but that just means we shall return to see the changes.
Unfortunately other people were not very representative and struggled to keep social distance this is not at all yhe parks fault its the public that attend to use their common sense which does seem to be lacking lately.

Been here with our Son when he was 2 and again now whilst he’s 5 and he’s loved it both times just as much. A great mix of animals (close up!) and dinosaurs. Friendly staff and good facilities.

What a fantastic place for the kids! Our little 2 yr old loved it. The tiger and lion enclosures were the best. Would recommend for any family to visit especially when the weather is good. Will be back for sure! 5 stars.

A fantastic day out if you have kids or love animals. The park has improved a lot over the years, but it's always been clear to me that there is a dedication to the animals. We got to meet and feed the red pandas which was a truly special experience. For anyone like Carole Baskin who doesn't understand this place (and Big Cat Sanctuary in Kent) - the commercial experiences fund huge amounts of conservation not wallets. Any breeding is under strict genetic guidelines to assist healthy global zoo programmes.
Every member of staff made us feel special. If you go, please consider booking an experience or donating. If you want a quieter day out with less kids, look up the associated Big Cat Sanctuary.

Fun place to go with kids. Mines loved all the animals, especially lions, leopards and tigers. They also loved the live-sized dinosaur replicas.

Great place to go to if you want to see all types of wildlife. Had such an amazing time and is great for kids too. Not too expensive for tickets and there is a lot to see. I suppose once COVID rules have eased off a lot more then you can probably do more. That's when I will come back again for sure.

We've always loved visiting and seeing the animals but this time was different! We did the tickle a tapir experience and it was amazing! The keeper, Johnny, was so friendly and answered all the questions we could think of about these magnificent beasts. He was able to tell us loads and facts and info about the conservation work paradise is doing. If you love tapirs I would so recommend this experience! A full half hour of love and attention given to the tapirs as you learn new info.
