Great place to go to if you want to see all types of wildlife. Had such an amazing time and is great for kids too. Not too expensive for tickets and there is a lot to see. I suppose once COVID rules have eased off a lot more then you can probably do more. That's when I will come back again for sure.

We've always loved visiting and seeing the animals but this time was different! We did the tickle a tapir experience and it was amazing! The keeper, Johnny, was so friendly and answered all the questions we could think of about these magnificent beasts. He was able to tell us loads and facts and info about the conservation work paradise is doing. If you love tapirs I would so recommend this experience! A full half hour of love and attention given to the tapirs as you learn new info.

We took our daughter (2) here on her birthday on a quiet May Wednesday just after more easing of Covid restrictions. Lots of development and construction going on at the park which clearly has an impact on what animals are there. If you have a choice (which we didn't as it was her birthday day), maybe wait until the more busier summer periods. While there will be more people and longer queues, you'll see far more animals but it would still be worth it given how large, diverse and well managed the park is. We enjoyed our day here and would recommend to family and friends.

Was a great day out and they are making major improvements to the tiger enclosure. Really enjoyed the feeding of the Tigers and the talk from the keeper

Was really good, the place is amazing, but uts a bit confusing to walk round and trying to stay in the one direction round, feel like we missed park's, would be helpful to get a map, as there wasn't loads on show 😉

Amazing day out. The 3 year old loved the dinosaurs so much we didn't get much time with the real animals. We will be coming again

Would have been 5, however were unable to see some of the animals as their enclosures were being replaced.

Plenty to see good variety of animals. If you have young kids plenty of play areas too. Restaurant is reasonably priced but plenty if places to sit for picnics. Suitable for prama/ pushchairs and wheel chairs

What a fantastic place to visit and get involved with. We travelled 100 plus miles to get here and it was well worth it. The enclosures are great, you can see the investment going back into the place and see the keepers and staff are true enthusiasts and care so much for all of the animals. Carefully placed glass panels instead of mesh fences ensure you can get a good view and take great photos of the animals too. Various feeding times happen throughout the day and the experiences that can be bought are so worth it. My wife and daughter fed a bit cat, a snow leopard by their choosing, and it was a unique and humbling experience that words cannot fully convey.

Kind of disappointed. Traveled from Northampton as have heard great things about this place. It’s a very small zoo and a lot of the enclosures are very small for the animals. Half of the place was a construction site with half of the animals either hidden away because of the noise! Went around to the birds and saw then tortoise which are my fave and the lovely
Zoo keeper stood and spoke to us about the kinds of food they have and what they do to keep them entertained and healthy! He is the pure reason I gave the 3rd star. As we walked around to the birds another keeper told us we need to move as they were letting the birds out so we sat and watched them. We thought it would be like a talk like in other zoos but they just flew the bird around had no interest in talking to anyone at all.
