Much improved local family owned/run zoo. Most of the family favourites such as Zebras, Lions and Lemurs are on display, with the Lion and Penguin and Tiger enclosures being particularly well designed, and affording excellent views of the animals. However there are a few sore points, such as the overflow car parking for which you have to cross a busy road to reach. Also some of the eateries were especially busy resulting in queues of up to an hour during busy times.

Fantastic day out and full of entertainment and adventure. Really surprised by the animated and full size dinousar, exotic zoo animals and signs of expansion, well laid out. The only concern is the paddling area for kids beware of the hidden step in the water leading to the water slide, every child. Slipped in this area and one with an almightghty thump as he walloped his head on the step....

I booked a day here for my partner's birthday yesterday. It was our first time going. I booked for myself, my partner and my daughter. There is ample parking, albeit some people genuinely don't know how to park! 😂 But we found a space in the overflow parking with little issue.

I booked for my partner to do one of the experiences (Feed A Big Cat) as a birthday present which was amazing from start to finish. We were offered drinks on arrival and then we were walked to the lion enclosure by one of the keepers. He proceeded to talk us through the experience and tell us about the lions. My partner got very lucky because 3 of the 4 lions came over! And I was able to observe and take pictures and videos with no problem whatsoever.

After the experience we explored the rest of the park and were happy with how many animals we saw and the conditions they were in. We got to the penguins just in time for their feeding so that was great to watch too! I would love to go back again once they've finished their bear and leopard enclosures!

I really love Paradise. I have been here on various occasions with my family and we always have a fantastic day out. We love the viewing areas, so that you always get an unrestricted view. There is a wide variety of animals. The gift shop is brilliant and not too pricey.

First time going today! Absolutely amazing place! My 4yr old loved every second. The dinosaurs were her favourite and we were able to see every animal! Definitely will be back again to see the leopard and bear enclosure. Worth the money!

I visited here on the 24th of August 2021 was told to book a slot ( I thought to stop to many being in park at one time ) and was shocked at how busy it was . I understand that restrictions have been removed but I felt that no thoughts for the public’s safety as it was far too busy , the slides were rammed with unsupervised older children making it impossible for the smaller children to have a go I certainly will not be returning

A HIDDEN GEM

Visited with the family and must say a truly amazing day filled with various activities. There is so much to do at this park such as the dinosaur experience and a train ride, which was a wonderful experience for all the family. Kids in particular love this section.

The zoo area is a great attraction too with various animals to entertain all. You also have a kids soft play area which will most definitely keep them busy.

One of the things we particularly enjoyed was having a picnic on one of the beaches there are many benches in the park situated across the park, which really does help you to take a breather and have a little food/drink.

The staff were all welcoming and always had a smile on their faces. Tickets were sold out for our day but the park did well by controlling the numbers. The park was not overcrowded one bit, which felt great.

Highly recommend a visit here and we are already planning our next trip with extended family to visit with us. Thank you too all at the park for making it a truly memorable experience. We will see you soon.

Had a lovely day at paradise, not an overwhelming big zoo, but perfect for a day out.
Great play area.
The animals looked well kept and the grounds also look well maintained.
They also have a dinosaur themed area.

What a place! Found them on Instagram ages ago and visited then for first time tlkast weekend. And I'm not disappointed at all. After few steps you can see they love animals there, I was schocked how much space they have, waterfalls, rivers.
It's just a pleasure to see all animals in very good conditions, beautiful lions, tigers.
Absolutely amazing place and it's a must see
You can even feed a lion, it's a paid service and not cheap but probably unforgettable.

nice place to come and visit if you have younger children with you but if they are 8 and older then there not much for them to do as it can be boring and not to many animals there at all and they are having work done in the park but its still way to small here as we done all of it in like 2 hours and not worth the money we paid for it
