Fantastic service - I needed to repair a ring and Lance James not only did a great job, they repaired it faster than they originally quoted. The staff are so friendly and down to earth, it's a pleasure to visit the shop. Will definitely go there again!

Having found Lance James the Jewellers on FB, I made contact regarding a bespoke fitting wedding ring, Jill Jeans was quick to respond to all communications and instilled confidence in me that an online jeweller could indeed deliver a custom fitting service.
From the outset my requirements where fully understood and delivery was well within the projected timescales.

Excellent Jewellers with beautiful bespoke jewellery.
We met Jackie at a wedding fare and she immediately put us at ease with her friendly, non pushy demeanour. She understood exactly what we wanted and needed for our wedding bands and showed a lot of patience with us, resulting in us visiting her a year later to order to order them.
Her shop had so many beautiful items, I could have bought everything! She also remembered us, which was very impressive..
Her husband Ryan is the designer and Jackie produces the jewellery, and between them they create some beautiful items, that anyone would feel proud to wear.
We will definitely be returning, and would recommend Lance James to everyone.🙂

Lovely friendly and super helpful couple that run this lovely little jewellers. Helped out with choosing my wedding ring and even cleaned my partner engagement ring and replaced watch battery for free. Well worth the 60 mile journey to this place. Highly recommend!

Lance James fixed my engagement ring after I accidentally knocked out the diamond from the top. I had also damaged the clasp that holds the diamond. Jackie explained the whole process required to fix it and was clear and precise. I was provided with a costing and had my ring returned repaired and polished as good as new. I cannot recommend Lance James enough, they are professional, and offer an excellent service.

Having had my engagement ring re-sized & purchased my wedding ring there several years ago, I have recently had the stone in my ring secured & both rings cleaned & polished. They look absolutely brilliant - like new rings - and I will definitely be getting them done annually in future. I have also had some minor repairs carried out. The service has been first rate however small the job, as has the pricing. Anna P

When we received the ring it was exactly what my partner wanted. She is so pleased and is getting compliments from everyone she shows it to.
