Fantastic experience during a stressful move. From the moment I got in touch to book, right though to when I received my belongings after moving, I haven’t had a single issue or bad word to say about easyStorage. They have given the best customer service experience and I am so pleased that I have already recommended them to others.
Dan and Clayton who delivered my belongings were incredibly professional and handled my things with care, so I could continue working from home whilst they unloaded my things.
And Ed has been incredible, from reaching out to help me change my payment date after starting a new job, to providing service with good banter to take the dull out of moving things into and out of storage.

Extremely impressed by our Local provider (Berkshire area), and we were in Northwest Surrey. The central team were also very helpful at a time of high stress and were not pushy on the sale.
The local manager and his two exceptional team members were calm, thoughtful and exuded calm throughout.
As it should be: I didn't realise until afterward that they were clearly experienced enough, to only ask important questions when needed, they just got on with the job.
They made the packing a breeze and afterward ensured that the charges were correct and not just what we originally agreed.

I have never experienced any smooth procedure than like them from picking up to delivering my stuff . I had booked easy storage for 3 months. All my stuff so completely intact as it was packed by me. I had requested my things to be delivered on short notice and it was all done by John (reading branch) so smoothly and immediately got my confirmation.
Marc and Sergiu delivered my stuff they were so much on time and they even organized all the stuff so compactly as they had noticed I had small room size. I was very happy and pleased by them.
