Blair , Tyrelle & Stelian were amazing today! They arrived perfectly on time and were so efficient , they carried my items up several flights of stairs into my flat where directed and were done in record time! Absolutely brilliant. Nothing is too much, they listen and have empathy. Let you know what's going on. Would highly recommend and if you're lucky enough you might have Richard and Jack on board to help like myself to move my furniture into Easy Storage to then bring it back to your new property a year later and have them make a stressful time seem less with their joyful spirits and hard work, ensuring that they put everything exactly where you'd like it, no problem. Easystorage lives up to its name in that it was easy to arrange. It’s also good value for money. However I wasn’t overly impressed with the loaders that collected my items - they didn’t work very quickly and we had to do a lot of the lifting ourselves. I ordered and paid for two sofa covers but they hadn’t read the paperwork and so told me I had to pay for another one (only £4.50 but even so!). They also didn’t make much effort to fit things into the pods - we had to quite strongly suggest better ways to stack things (like putting boxes inside of units before putting other furniture in front) so that there was more space. It was easy to arrange delivery of the items and the guys that delivered were really friendly, efficient and helpful. A few items of furniture have been damaged (presumably due to how they were stacked) so definitely make sure you wrap absolutely everything really carefully. Overall a mixed experience and I think it definitely varies depending on which loaders you get.

The loaders were very nice and kind. I was asked to bring most of my boxes to the door but was unable to do so and they were quite nice about it! Everything went smoothly and quickly. EasyStorage lives up to its name :)

So impressed with easy storage. They moved my 2 bedroom flat in to my new 2 bedroom house. Everyone I have spoken to or had the pleasure to deal with at easy storage have all been great. The staff are all very friendly and professional. The drivers (Jack and Matt on collection and I’m not sure who returned because I wasn’t present) worked really hard (they only stopped for their mandatory 15 minute break) and took care of all my stuff. They took everything to each room the box had written on it and even put my cooker in the shed for me. The customer service agents Mohammad and Sonia (and there may have been others but I cannot remember their names) on the phone were very friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. The cost to collect (from an 3rd floor flat with no lift), store my stuff and return it was very reasonable and cheaper than a removals company. Overall I’m really impressed and would highly recommend EasyStorage. Thank you for a seamless move.
