The chaps turned on time and assessed the job and the moved all the units into the truck putting protective blankets around the furniture when needed. Checked we were happy explained where the items would be stored, everything done and dusted in less than an hour.

I have moved 5 times in the last 10 years, I can honestly say Luke and Jerry were the best 2 people I have booked for removals. They worked diligently and hard and we got everything out in under half an hour. The lady who administers the building commented how friendly they were and she sees a lot of different companies. Luke and Jerry are a credit to their company, so many thanks.

Really good people to do business with, flexible, helpful and friendly in the time of stress when moving home. We underestimated and needed 9 pods not 3, but it was no problem, they stayed until 9.30 pm and got the job done ! I'd use them again.

Apart from being a brilliant way of dealing with an interim move between a sale and the purchase of a new home, the team, led by Steve, were absolutely fantastic about getting the contents out of the house and into the pods. They were more than helpful and worked with us to make sure our wishes were met. They were totally zen and calm about the whole thing and this really helped to keep our (my!) stress levels down. I am actually looking forward to the eventual move knowing that they will be back to do the job in reverse!!! Thank you so much :)

Overall a very good experience. Crew and 3 pods (just to be on the safe side!) booked for between 9 - 10am but got a call at
7:40am saying they'd be with me in 30 odd minutes but would wait until I was ready. Better earlier than later than the agreed time! The two guys - Jerry and Luke -were calm, friendly, patient and professional and everything was loaded within the hour using only 1 pod in the end.
So my experience - including initial booking with Hayley - was a genuinely stress-free, quick and Easy one!

The removals and storage was easy to book. Due to underestimating size of belongings EasyStorage were quick to provide additional pod.
Crew on delivery day turned up early and with two wagons. House contents loaded in 90 minutes which was very efficient. Crew were very professional throughout. Delivery day. Crew turned up 30 minutes after stated delivery time and with 1 wagon. Although crew were again professional the fact they had to unload and then travel, reload and deliver second load was unprofessional. What should have been a 1 hour delivery took 4 hours. Overall, a good service, however will not use EasyStorage again.
