Overall a very good experience. Crew and 3 pods (just to be on the safe side!) booked for between 9 - 10am but got a call at
7:40am saying they'd be with me in 30 odd minutes but would wait until I was ready. Better earlier than later than the agreed time! The two guys - Jerry and Luke -were calm, friendly, patient and professional and everything was loaded within the hour using only 1 pod in the end.
So my experience - including initial booking with Hayley - was a genuinely stress-free, quick and Easy one!

The removals and storage was easy to book. Due to underestimating size of belongings EasyStorage were quick to provide additional pod.
Crew on delivery day turned up early and with two wagons. House contents loaded in 90 minutes which was very efficient. Crew were very professional throughout. Delivery day. Crew turned up 30 minutes after stated delivery time and with 1 wagon. Although crew were again professional the fact they had to unload and then travel, reload and deliver second load was unprofessional. What should have been a 1 hour delivery took 4 hours. I booked a move three weeks ago.
Pro:
- They arrived ontime.
- None of my stuff get damaged after moving.
- They are cheaper than most of other providers.
Con:
- I bought for a mattress cover, but I didn't see any protection for my mattress.
- At first they said they will record the time as 1 hour(it was like 1hour2mins really). But today I got a new £70 bill from them, without explanations. It was not a good experience.(UPDATE: They contacted my immediately and pay the refund, so overall it's quite good)

Was originally in Big Yellow but they put their prices up so I decided to look around. Easystorage were great, they offer a “switcher” deal where they sent a van, loaded my stuff and transported everything to their easyStorage depot. I didn’t even have to be there!
I am now pay less than I originally was with the other storage company and have a price promise that the price will never increased during my stay and it cost nothing to move...perfect.
