Would have got five stars if I hadn't been stung for extra 150 quid for a few minutes over the hour loading period and being too heavy. The weight limit per unit is tucked away in the terms and conditions rather than being obvious and whilst I was over the hour quite a bit of the time (at least enough to put it over 60 mins) was cos the guys couldn't get the pods open at the beginning and get their web-access working at the end.
The drivers were Ace - friendly and really quick-working. They were on time, courteous, and diligent.

The weight limit is "highlighted" and "confirmed" in the quotation in clause 11.1.7. and 14.4.2. of the Terms and Conditions - and was not mentioned to me during the phone booking. I did not and still cannot see this weight limit on the face of the quote nor even in the tooltips.
The 150quid extra was made up of 70 for the additional time - and 80 for another pod as already stated. The over time was for loading 3 pods - the fourth pod was needed because I was over-weight on one! So it was 150 quid extra that was unexpected.

Really pleased with easyStorage service. I was in a bit of pickle having just down sized to a smaller property and nowhere to put stuff, let alone unpack. EasyStorage came to the rescue and took away the stuff I didn't need in the forseeable future but wasn't quite ready to ditch. They collected, loaded and took it away to be stored safely until I've got room to house it, at which time they will return it.

This is an excellent option if you don’t drive or don’t have a van. It’s so much simpler to pack up stuff for storage at your home rather than making multiple trips to a storage facility or hiring a man with a van. We were moving from a two bed flat on the 4th floor and wanted to put about half of our stuff in storage for a year. On move day, Kevin and his assistant (sorry I forgot your name!) turned up promptly and moved all of our stuff to the storage pods quickly. We couldn’t have been happier with the service. Highly recommend easystorage for removal and storage.

This is truly the best moving experience I’ve had. The quality of the service at EasyStorage is amazing. From Aarti in the sales team guiding through all the steps of finding your self the perfect pod size and options to John handling the collection. He was truly one of the nicest mover ever, always smiling, friendly and patient. He was also very respectful of my belongings, ensuring nothing was damaged or broken.

Low cost storage, nice staff in the office and the warehouse. However, they didn't inform us while booking the storage, that we don't have access to the storage 24/7. We have to make bookings each time we go there, and it's at least 2 clear working days in advance and at a fixed time slot (a one hour slot). If we go over the hour we booked, there is a charge of £35 per hour (additional hours) . not sure if it's due to covid-19 or not. a bit disappointed though.

Our movers were Jerry and Adrian. They did an excellent and very professional job at dismantling the two large tables that I had which would’ve been very difficult for me to dismantle alone, move them and then get all my boxes and other furnitures in their storage box on their truck as well. At first I was really worried if the tables would fit but because of their help and professional work it did. All of this they accomplished in less than an hour so I didn’t have to pay any extra charge! I’m really impressed especially by this service that easy storage provides!

The items for storage were collected from my home within the specified timeslot. I had everything packed up and ready and it didn't take long to load. I saw the items after they were stacked in their pod. The helpful driver explained where the pod would be stored, how I could visit to get things out of storage or arrange another collection from home if needed and how they could be delivered when I no longer need storage. For me the collection service was what I needed - much easier than making multiple trips to a storage facility myself.
