They had some technical issues when I booked and my booking didn‘t go through to the right branch. The team contacted me a few days before my move and they were able to sort it with a different branch. Thank you for that! Louis and Gavin arrived at the agreed time and were really quick and professional. I will now book the drop off, but I am happy with the service so far.

The men who packed our belongings into storage this morning were wonderful. They let us know 15 minutes before arrival and arrived bang on 8am. They were polite and friendly as well as efficient in their work. They had a great working relationship and completely set our worries about the process at ease. We would highly recommend easystorage’s service to anyone looking to store their items.

Top notch. This is my first time using easy storage but I’d heavily recommend them to anyone. First the containers are bigger than you think, they’re really tall so worth thinking about how you want stuff stacked bottom to top to make the most use of the space.
Paul & Caleb were brilliant, really nice guys and really helpful. I had half a garage to load, loads of awkward things, heavy stuff like vices and jacks, bikes etc etc we were done in 17 minutes, they don’t waste any time. Top notch, easily recommend to anyone.

I called easyStorage for an urgent furniture collection after another storage company cancelled my booking at the last minute. I spoke to Artie on the phone, who was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the company carried out the collection on the same day with no problems or hassle. I wasn’t there to meet the guys who packed the van, but everyone involved made the process really easy. I even got a refund for having asked for too much storage space! Couldn’t be happier with this service.

Had a removal by Paul, Nick and John this afternoon to remove contents of a two bedroom house. Very pleased with the efforts of these guys, arrived early and finished the job within the hour. Very pleasant and helpful and most importantly careful with our belongings. Would highly recommend 👌

Paul and David were nothing short of amazing. I’ve moved around a lot and I have to say that these two really are the best. They were cheery and kind even though they’d already moved two families (and two pianos!!) on a very hot day. They are tetris geniuses, and used up one less pod than I’d originally booked, which I will be reimbursed for (not the norm with other storage facilities I’ve used in the past). They were very careful with my things, and yet took under an hour to move my belongings from the first floor to the lorry below. After all this, they even helped me carry some last bits of furniture out to the back for rubbish collection. I will be requesting Paul and David again in the future, and have been raving about them to anyone who will listen. Moving can be so stressful, but not with this level of service. 10/5 stars. Will keep recommending!

I found the whole process easy apart from estimating the amount of stuff I have. The communication was good before and on the day. The loading team were excellent, keeping me informed as the loading went on and making an extra trip when it turned out I hadn't booked the right number of pods. I couldn't fault them.

This is the second time I've used Easy Storage and they really are excellent. The two guys came on time and were remarkably efficient and careful in loading my daughter's goods into the single pod. I will certainly use Easy Storage again and will have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else who is looking for a highly capable removals company.

I used easystorage because i needed to move out my rental flat before my first house purchase was ready. It was so easy and good value for money. The lorry arrived with three pods to fill with my possessions (which they seal in front of you at the end). There were three people to load my belongings from the house to the containers, which they did without requiring my assistance. The whole process was stress free and communication was good throughout.
