Driver team arrived approximately 15 minutes before the job start (1100-1300). With my assistance, finished the job at 1200 and said they had gone into the second hour, so would be billed another £105. Rather than argue the case, as I was annoyed having helped with the loading, I said nothing.
You need to have a word with Ross (Russell) and his team, them arriving early doesn’t mean they can start billing early.
Suggest you look at billing 30 minute slots after the first hour.

Excellent service from booking to the end of the move. They we very accommodating to our change of moving date (not cost if done with two days notice) and then the team on the day were excellent. They charge per hour for the removers but their pricing was very transparent

Easystorage have the best customer service I probably ever dealt with! I was extremely stressed to get my things in a storage last minute as I was abroad. And two people on two different days helped me with so much effort as they tried every possible way to find me a slot. Additionally, they are the best storage facility as they are easy, efficient, not complex, and it is literally the easiest storage unit to deal with. There are no papers or long logistics, the price is fair, and honestly they are an amazing team.

I’m glad that I booked a pod, the service was great. 3 guys came over for collection and they did a Sterling job. They were professional, friendly and they even helped with the rest of packing and they took down the tv and the wall bracket with with care which I wouldn’t be able to do myself. Everything went smoothly and the collection was exceptionally good.

Special thanks to the guys who helped us move! Was actually a not so stressful situation 😅 Foreman Dave had the boys working their asses off and made sure we got all our stuff into the pods, believe me when I say there is a special art to it! I honestly wish I could give them more stars. I have been meaning to write this review for ages, but Jack and Jamie were absolutely incredible. They collected our stuff on the 18th and not only were they lovely, they kept it under 2 hours and were very transparent about all costs, etc. I was more than happy to give them 5 stars at this point. However, to make them even more amazing, we were going on holiday on the Sunday and by mistake my other half had packed the passports. Jack and Jamie helped us get access to them. I genuinely cannot thank them enough, I am so sad that I cannot do more than give them a 5 star review, but literally could not recommend this company and their people more
