Businesses across Henley and the surrounding area are being invited to drop in to a free “Business Essentials” clinic on Friday 26th February at the Chiltern House Business Centre, Station Road, Henley between 10:00am and 2:00pm.
A number of local business consultants will be on hand to offer small to medium businesses free, one-to-one, advice on Quality and Health and Safety, Human Resources, Business Growth and ICT issues. Companies are invited to come along and raise specific queries with experts from Stepping Stones for Business, Indigo HR, Business FIT Club, an IT Company and Business Link. There is no need to pre-register, simply drop in on the day.
Rebecca Russell, Director and Senior Consultant from Stepping Stones for Business said ‘To survive and thrive in the current economic climate companies must have the basics in place, whether it’s business planning, financial management, IT, HR or safety. There is plenty of advice and help for companies if they know where to look. We aim to provide that help, on their doorstep, with the Business Essentials Clinic’.
Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) will be offered throughout the day at a cost of £10 per item. Companies are encouraged to bring along any small electrical equipment, whether a laptop, extension lead or kettle which is due for testing.
Plus, all attendees will be entered into a free prize draw to win a treatment voucher at Henley’s Kubu Spa, described as “one of the top 5 celebrity haunts” by Grazia magazine.
