GEOS Group moved into Chiltern House on the 17th March 2010. Our previous residence was ideal for us as a small company and based in the centre of Henley, but we were unable to stay at the premises due to growth of the company. Henley has some lovely offices to offer, however our main concern was that we would not be as close to the town centre with adequate parking. Chiltern House won us over with their modern offices with lots of natural light, ideal facilities; including a boardroom, kitchen and lift, and very close to the centre of town and near to the river. Kate you and your team are very efficient, friendly, with a great professional attitude and very supportive and keen to make sure all of our needs are met. One of the joys of being part of this serviced office is that we do not have to be so concerned about the more time consuming jobs like cleaning, topping up of daily refreshments, car parking, IT support, telephone system and D.I.Y. The Chiltern House experience is definitely one that we recommend and we look forward to enjoying the rest of our time here.” Barry Newton, Geos Group

We used Chiltern Business Centre to answer our phone calls during a recent holiday. We are really pleased we did as it meant we were able to relax while knowing that anything urgent would be notified to us. All messages were efficiently taken and sent to us.

We couldnʼt run our business without the support we get from the team at Chiltern House Business Centre in Henley. We have used their virtual reception service since 2005 and there is no doubt that they have contributed to the successful growth of our business. There are other providers of virtual reception services, but at Chiltern House Business Centre they are incredibly flexible adapting the service to meet your exact needs. This is why I class Chiltern House Business Centre as ʼtruly exeptionalʼ. Their presence ensures that customers can always speak to a real person and not a machine. Our customers comment on the high level of service they receive from our "receptionists", and we can relax in the knowledge that our calls are being answered quickly, politely and professionally.
