Now summer is truly here (or not) its time to get a bit of fresh air and get fit and healthy.

For those of you who don't like excersice then walking is the next best thing.

Walk Your Way to Health in Harrow is FREE and is open to all local residents who can join various walks around Harrow in a relaxed and friendly environment. Plus you get to see some beautiful green spaces.

All the walks are led by qualified leaders who encourage you to walk at your own pace. Regardless of your age or fitness level everyone is welcome.

There are many benefits to walking and these are:


  • Reduce the risk of heart disease, stroke, diabetes and high blood pressure
  • Improve your mood and reduce the risk of depression
  • Improve muscular strength and make bones stronger
  • Help manage your weight 
  • Improve energy levels and make you sleep better
