Ford Fitness weight loss tips

Firstly throw out your entire junk food menu’s such as pizza, Chinese etc these foods are no good for your journey to weight lost.  Instead try to invest in some cook books, recipe cards as these key things will help you to create quick and healthy options in the kitchen.

Okay lets get started; firstly you should be drinking plenty of water in order to keep up with your new healthy lifestyle, so you might like to invest in a filter jug so that there is plenty of fresh water to hand.

If your a snacker try to stock up on fresh fruit, nuts preferably unsalted, breakfast bars, granola bars etc avoid buying crisps, biscuits and other tempting snacks (if its not in your cupboards at home you wont see it and you definitely wont eat it).

There are so many diets out there that focus on cutting out carbohydrates but this is not necessarily a good thing, try finding the right kind, for instance white refined flour, this particular carb is high in sugar, try to eat whole grain flour the sugar content is lower and you’ll also reap the benefits of having more fibre in your diet.

Try to cut down on breakfast cereals made with wheat and corn as these contain sugars added by the manufacturer instead of natural sugars which are present in oatmeal.  Oat fibre binds fat and flushes it out of the body and helps to lower cholesterol and blood pressure.

Along with a healthier diet it is recommended that one should exercise, Ford Fitness offers over 70 classes a month including boxercise, abs and circuit classes.
