As a business we decided we wished to implement a corporate pension scheme for our staff, that will be compliant with the secondary pension regime. We were very pleased with the solution offered by Gower, and the way it has been delivered. We like the use of an app, where staff can self manage their pension if they wish, or just check on their pension. We can choose between investment management options, including green funds which was an important factor to our firm. We appreciated the free initial consultations explaining the process, and the all staff sessions to ensure a smooth onboarding process with the Gower team dealing with all the queries. We also use Gower for the corporate medical scheme, via thebestof, and find them excellent to deal with on that front too, which helped drive our decision to use Gower for our pension scheme too.
