In 2018 I travelled from the Channel Islands throughout the year to train with Eva and Wenche to become a yoga teacher. I immediately felt welcome and part of the Eastbourne yoga community. I received a thorough and comprehensive training and am now teaching back in Guernsey. I continue to come over to the Yoga Life Studio for workshops and events. The Studio provides a huge variety of classes and workshops so there is something to suit everyone. I have made lots of friends through the Studio and Eva and Wenche are great mentors and friends. The Studio itself is a calm, beautiful space to practise.
