Perelle Butchery: A New Chapter Begins!
14 Years... WOW... That Went Quickly! 🎉
It’s hard to believe that it’s been 14 incredible years since Tony and Sarah took over the reins at Perelle Butchery. What an amazing adventure it’s been, one full of hard work, laughter, community spirit, and more sausages than any of us could possibly count! 🌭
From day one, Tony, Sarah, Ben, and Jess poured their hearts into building a butchery rooted in tradition, quality, and connection. Along the way, they’ve met so many fabulous people and forged countless friendships that will last a lifetime. It’s not every day that a business becomes part of the fabric of a community, but that’s exactly what they’ve done.
But now, after 14 years of early mornings and hard graft, they’ve decided it’s time to hang up their aprons and enjoy a well-earned retirement. 😄
As bittersweet as this transition is, we’re absolutely thrilled to share that Stuart, who has been a key part of the Perelle team for the last 12 years, will be taking over the butchery along with his wife, Kim. They’re no strangers to the business or its loyal customers, and they’re stepping in with energy, passion, and a deep respect for everything that Tony and Sarah have built.
Joining them in this new chapter are Rick, Ed, and Nick, a dedicated and experienced team (with over 100 years of combined expertise!) who are ready to continue serving the community with the same high standards that Perelle Butchery is known for.
You’ll still find the same great service and top-quality produce, whether you visit the main shop or stop by our counter in Co-op St Martins.
New Summer Opening Hours:
Monday: Closed
Tuesday – Saturday: 7am – 5pm
Sunday: 8am – 12pm
If you can't make it to Perelle, remember you're always welcome to visit one of our friendly faces at the Co-op St Martins counter.
