We’re delighted to announce the promotion of Phil Frampton and Claudia Frampton to Associate Directors.
This is far more than a new title. It’s a recognition of the expertise, professionalism, and dedication they bring to the Practice every single day.
Claudia, as a Qualified Dispensing Optician, and Philip, as a Qualified Spectacle Maker, have both played an invaluable role in helping us deliver exceptional eye care and eyewear to our patients across Guernsey. Their knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to patient experience continue to shape the high standards we’re proud to uphold.
As a truly independent optician, the strength of our Practice comes from the people behind it. Phil and Claudia’s leadership, care for our patients, and support for the wider team have made a lasting impact, not only within the business, but within the local community we proudly serve.
Their new roles as Associate Directors will give them even greater opportunity to help guide the future of the Practice as we continue to grow, innovate, and deliver the personalised care that Guernsey deserves.
