Local firm Brehon Chartered Accountants celebrate two decades in business in Guernsey this year. While looking back on a great twenty years serving their Guernsey clients, Sarah Hancock and her team are not resting on their laurels, but are looking towards the future with improvements to their client service.
The first improvement comes from the adoption of new software that will enhance the appearance and presentation of company accounts. The team are also going to start preparing quarterly updates for clients on any changes to Guernsey's laws or the island's financial situation that may affect that client's business going forwards.
Sarah and the staff are also instituting updates to their client review processes to provide a greater focus on Social Security and how it might affect their clients. The new review process will provide greater feedback and transparency to clients on their tax affairs so that they are always informed and up to date on their tax position. These changes should help the team to be more pro-active on helping clients to understand the implications of their chosen business strategy.
Brehon was set up in 1995 by Sarah Hancock to provide traditional accountancy services, tax advice and business advisory services to small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs).
Sarah is adamant that her clients deserve as much thanks as her staff for ensuring that her business attained this important milestone:
