Nicki created the most incredible New Zealand (South Island) road trip itinerary for me. I had specific places I wanted to go, and had a limit of the distance I wanted to drive each day, but still needed to make sure I was at the top of the South Island by a certain date. Nicki took on the challenge and turned the holiday into a bucket list adventure, all within budget. Nicki delivers a brilliant service and excellent advise throughout the booking process and absolutely exceeded my expectations - I look forward to the next holiday Nicki turns into a lifetime memory for me. Nicki was amazing from start to finish. From planning our Honeymoon and choosing the accommodation to helping us out when our return flight was delayed overnight, Nicki was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Not only was Nicki incredibly organised and thoughtful but she printed all our tickets and came round to talk everything through (with lovely gifts of Prosecco and travel goodies).

We liked the fact Nicki came to the house and spent a lot of time with us getting exactly the holiday we wanted and we liked her recommendations. It was just so easy and she never once looked at her watch. Nothing was to much for her and she was happy to look at every thing for us.

Nicki was absolutely amazing when helping me tailor make my holiday next year to the Philippines, (even though I changed my mind a hundred times on hotels, locations etc. and every time she got onto it straight away out went above and beyond) she even told me where I could save money by booking my own flights and added all the references and times into my booking so had everything in one place!
Trying to arrange a holiday where you are travelling around to different islands for over a three week period, with different types of transfers, different hotels and various tour options/sight seeing opportunities was proving very stressful and I was recommended by a friend to get in touch with Nicki and I'm so glad I did as I now have the most fantastic itinerary (which I couldn't have done on my own) with all the stress taken out of the planning and also the assurance if anything happens whilst I'm out there she is only a phone call away!
I would highly recommend Nicki and I will be using her for all my future trips!

Nicki has been amazing! Giving us lots of options (when I kept moving the goalposts) nothing was too much trouble, even at very short notice. Using her knowledge and experience she has been able to give us added information that we wouldn’t have been aware of had we tried to book independently.

I would like to leave a review for Nicki at Travel Counsellors. I joined Travel Counsellors at the same time as Nicki and we completed our training together. Throughout the week it was incredibly tough for me as I had traveled far from home. The whole week she supported me and helped me when I was unsure of anything. Throughout the 18 months of working for Travel Councellors Nicki was absolutely amazing and supportive whenever I was unsure of anything I would call her straight away and she was always more than willing to help. I have now left the company and without hesitation Nicki told me not to worry she took over all my bookings and has been incredible with myself and customers I feel they are in safe hands which puts my mind at ease. She has great attention to detail and works incredibly hard at her business so I have no hesitation in recommending Nicki for this award.

She took on board everything we said and made some great suggestions (we have since booked our honeymoon to one of her suggested destinations). She came well prepared and full of knowledge and was able to answer all of our questions which secured our desicion that she was defiantly the right choice of travel agent.
Nicki has made it easy for family and friends to make contribrutions to our honeymoon account and has even gone the extra mile for us by providing us with keep sake gift recipts from those that have paid over the phone and are unable to leave their own personally message on our webpage.
