This is my second holiday arranged by Nicki. This trip took more planning with Nicki presenting several options. I was very grateful for her continued patience and expert eye, nothing seemed to faze Nicki from finding the right package and the trip was a huge success. So far, so fantastic! I've only offered a 9 at this stage, because we haven't actually been away yet! We initially got in contact to book our honeymoon, but then Covid... After a couple of years with the world's infected dust settling, we got back in contact and the enthusiasm, genuine care, concern and interest that Nicki showed made the experience of booking our 'honeymoon, but a bit late' holiday, a pleasure. Insights, knowledge, advice and ideas were free flowing and at no point did it feel like a sales pitch from a commission based holiday rep!! (not that anyone has mentioned this, just my impressions of travel agents in the past!) We almost can't wait for this holiday now!!
