I went to Ray and Scott’s to see if they could replace the bracelet strap on my TagHeurer watch. I was leaving the island soon for a holiday and wondered if a leather strap could be fitted temporarily incase a new strap needed to be ordered.
Martin came to my rescue! He had a good look at the problem, went off into his office and shortly came back having managed to sort it all out for me!
Whenever I need to get a watch battery changed or we need a valuation on family jewellery the staff are always very pleasant and helpful.

I dropped my Tag Heuer watch off for a new battery, pressure test, and bracelet polish on Saturday. A call on Tuesday to say it was ready to collect, super quick service and my watch looks brand new again. Really friendly staff and a great experience overall. Would definitely recommend!

Ray and Scott outstanding I was looking for “that special ring” for my big birthday, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Spent along time trying on different styles until I found that one!!! Never felt rushed or pushed into anything

Twenty five years ago we were visiting a good friend on the island of Guernsey. Romantically my husband proposed when we were running the London marathon. Our friend introduced us to Martin Search at Ray and Scott. We brought our wedding rings. Twenty five years later we were back to have my wedding ring altered, my husband’s Rolex serviced and my engagement ring had a make over. The main land quoted approx £900!! more for the make over of my engagement ring. Ray and Scott have the experts to do the job first hand. Fantastic service! Efficiency, honesty, skilful experience is hard to come by nowadays. So hence, albeit a long way to come, nether less a gorgeous island for a holiday, we are truly blessed to be in good hands with Ray and Scott, Martin Search! Personal, friendly, honest service. Have also brought some beautiful unique pieces of jewellery! Thank you Ray and Scott, Martin, we will be back xx.

Excellent jewellers and watch shop. I was looking to buy a pair of watches as presents. They have an excellent range of Tag watches. I dealt with Jeff, who knew everything about the watches, and was very patient with all my questions. The Diamond Museum is an absolute must if you visit Guernsey x The museum is inside the vault and it is jam packed full of interesting facts and examples of beautiful diamonds. Martin showed us around and was really welcoming as where other staff in store x Martin showed us around the shop and I got to indulge my passion for Pearls by looking at their stunning collections.
