Fantastic experience with Martin and Jeff. So professional and helpful and clearly passionate about the work they do. They made us feel so welcome and valued. They also do brilliant work helping charities on island with their diamond dream initiative, I’d highly recommend Ray & Scott.

This is a wonderful jewellers with great service and personality. From the first contact with Lauren before we travelled it was friendly and professional. On arriving at the shop we were met by the owner Jeff, who is something of a Guernsey celebrity it would appear. He's very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble and we went away extremely happy. The building is an old bank and at the back is the old vault which now houses a diamond museum, which is worth a visit. Can't recommend Jeff and team highly enough, and Ray & Scott is really superb independent jewellery and watch business. Oh yes, and they are also huge supporters of various local charities where they offer a discount of 20% on diamonds and you can then decide if and how much of your saving you wish to donate to their causes. They have raised tens of thousands of pounds this way. Hats off! Thanks for everything.

Diamond shop if you are interested in...the staff is always there to offer a good deal for you...there is a diamond museum in the shop which is not a museum in any extent...it's more a few diamond displayed...

Excellent watch and Jewelry store. highly recommend. I've visited the store on many occasion and have always been warmly greeted and even when I could not afford any of the watches, I was welcomed into trying anything on. I spent over an hour in there talking about watches, Baselworld, our own personal favourites, our first watches, and much more. If they don't stock a watch you have your eyes on, there's a good chance they will be able to loan it from another store/boutique or order one in especially.
Thank to my partner and family, I was gifted the watch I had been drooling over for the past few months, the buying process was made maybe *too* easy, and have provided outstanding aftercare and service.
It's also worth checking out the Diamond Museum.
