Congratulations to those retailers who cleared the snow off the pavement in front of their shops. Clearly, they believe that you need to make it easy for customers to do business with you. And as for the Council, why do they expect residents to pay to use car parks which are not fit for use? The least they could have done is plough the snow to one side of the car park.
