Two good Exeter businesses

We have so many great businesses in Exeter. A couple I thought you might like to know about are actually in the same vicinity - near the Thistle Hotel.

First, I have been going to Nigel from Massage and Wellbeing @ Gandy Street for more than a year now. I can't say it doesn't hurt, but my back, neck, arms and legs definitely benefit from Nigel's thorough massage treatment. I always leave feeling looser (or is that a loser - no, just kidding!).

After I left Nigel, I walked back up Queen Street and had a quick chat with Piers from the new wine shop near Central Train Station, Whistles. I went into Whistles last week - just for information purposes, mind you. Well, actually, I couldn't resist buying a bottle of Portuguese rose that Piers recommended. Even though my husband normally goes for red, and I like white wine, Piers was right in recommending the wine I bought, because we both enjoyed it. Also, it didn't cost the Earth, but it felt like a real treat (simple pleasures, right?!).

You, too, can enjoy a massage from Massage and Wellbeing @ Gandy Street - and you can treat yourself (and someone else, preferrably) to a lovely bottle of wine from Whistles...  Or why not consider a massage or a bottle of wine for a special gift!

Life is sweet - and even sweeter when shared!

P.S. We'd love to hear about other good businesses in Exeter. Please let us know about your favourite...
