Whilst being introduced to dignitaries including Lord Mayor Stella Brock and Exeter MP Ben Bradshaw, the Queen was treated to the fantastic display that the team at Peninsular Onesource produced.
Located in Princesshay, the display depicts the Queen's accession to the throne sixty years ago. It has been reported by an Exeter City Council spokesperson that the Queen really liked the display, and it also became quite an attraction in Princesshay after she'd left.
The Queen's visit to Exeter also included opening the Forum Project at Exeter University. The last time Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip visited the University for the celebration of its 40th anniversary.
