Building on the success of last year’s introductory event, where approximately 130 people attended to network and learn about the development and management of rental properties, this year there will be more space for local businesses and services to be involved.
• “Great event, thoroughly enjoyed it”
• “Very good will recommend to colleagues”
• “Excellent and well organised”
The 2018 event is being held on 19th September from 4pm to 9pm at the beautiful Paschoe House. We have a keynote address from the UK’s most recognised lifestyle and property presenter Amanda Lamb as well as two workshops from Arden Chambers, Peplows Accountants and a talk on Universal Credit from the Department of Work and Pensions.
There will of course be plenty of opportunity for stall holders to network with landlords and property professionals – would your business like to be one of them?
We feel it is really important to provide an event that is worthwhile and helps local property owners to improve the local housing stock and invest well in the area, whilst helping us to promote local businesses.
There are two packages for your business to choose from:
To guarantee your space please let us know which package you would like to book by Friday 20th July. Spaces have now been opened up to all local business and will be offered on a first come first served basis.
If you would like to be involved in another ‘excellent’ event please contact us as soon as possible to reserve your stand by emailing landlordevent2018@middevon.gov.uk or call and speak to Tanya or Sam on 01884 244610 or 244609 if you have any queries.
Delegates can book your free place now by visiting our website https://www.middevon.gov.uk/residents/landlord-networking-event/.
