The Drifters – Exeter Corn Exchange
9th November 2015
... Comments

The band was created in 1953 by George Treadwell and Ahmet Ertegun – founder of Atlantic Records.  Since then they have featured over 65 vocalists and they continue to prove themselves one of the best soul bands in the world.  The current line up featuring Michael Williams, Ryan King, Daniel Bowen-Smith, Damion Charles and Jerome Bucknor continues the legacy.

This high energy show features many of the band’s greatest hits such as Under the Boardwalk, Kissing in the Back Row of the Movies, There Goes My Fist Love and Saturday Night at the Movies along with newer material in a musical extravaganza from a world-class band with first class production and some very smooth moves!

Tickets for the Corn Exchange show, priced £27 (includes £1 booking fee), are on sale from the venue box office on 01392 665938 or online at exeter.gov.uk/cornexchange
