The Broadclyst based, mixed voice choir, performed 3 highly acclaimed concerts to raise funds for the charity, including a Christmas Concert which took place in Exmouth.
Rosaleen Rashley, Chairman of Cantilena, commented: “We are delighted to be able to give £1752 to the Exeter Leukaemia Fund; this money was raised from our three choral concerts last year and we thank our audiences and sponsors for their support. This year we will be singing in aid of the FORCE Cancer Charity. Our next concert is on Sat. April 5th, Broadclyst Church, 7.30pm.”
Dale Edwards, ELF CEO, who was presented the cheque by the choir said, “The Cantelina Choir are such a friendly and enthusiastic group, ELF was truly thrilled with the money which was raised from the concerts. All at ELF would like to say a big thank you to all involved.”
