Cake and Baking fans, from around the country, will once again be able to submerge themselves in cake heaven over three jam packed days. Whether an expert baker, a self-confessed novice or just a fan of all things sweet this show has a little something for everyone.

Baking Royalty will once again grace The Bakery Theatre sponsored by Lakeland as Queen of couture cakes, Mich Turner, mixes up Friday and Saturdays show, and she’s in very good company joined by ‘The Great British Bake Offs’ much loved contestants, Beca Lyne-Pirkis, Christine Wallace & Howard Middleton - who will be sharing his top tips on gluten free baking. Sunday boasts all things sweet when Kimberley Wilson returns, alongside multi award winning dynamic duo Kitty Hope and Mark Greenwood, as they share the secrets behind how they turned the confectionary world upside-down! All three days washed down with a sprinkle of the king of BIG baking himself, Exeter’s very own Glenn Cosby.

And if that wasn’t enough to tickle your taste buds, the ‘Larder stage’ welcomes well-known faces, old and new, offering a wealth of knowledge and expertise from those at the top of their game in the cake and baking industry, all keen to share their favourite baking tips!

Visitors can shop till they drop with 100 exhibitors from around the globe bringing with them the latest trends in cake, Sugarcraft and baking, from artisan produce to the latest Kitchen aid appliance.

Children and young aspiring bakers can get hands on in FREE The Crealy Kids Kitchen or pre-bookable, classroom workshops with Sugarcraft expert ‘Ann Pickard,’ who will be teaching the art of Sugarcraft modelling, while mum and dad can brush up on old skills or learn a new talent within the huge variety of demonstrations available.

Once more, visitors will have the perfect opportunity to get their books personally signed by their baking favourites in the daily book signings! A perfect chance to meet the authors, pick up top tips and take home a keep sake of your day.

The show also sees the return of the hugely popular competition area and this year the heat has been well and truly been turned up! New categories have been put into the mix with entries set to wow visitors! The competition is open to amateurs and professionals alike and there is still time to enter!
