Pebblebed's New Vineyard is Now Planted

Pebblebed Vineyards began life as a community project when a group of friends planted the initial vines and now, 10 years on, the vineyard is still flourishing and producing award winning wines.

Now Geoff Bowen of Pebblebed has announced that 2500 new vines were dug into the ground in about 4 hours at the beginning of May! There's a great mix of "founder members" for the new vineyard, and they keep a diary blog of how it all goes.

You may have seen Geoff on BBC Dragons Den where he was successful in gaining support from Duncan Bannatyne. You may have also seen Geoff and his team recently at the Exeter Food and Drink Festival and/or at the Devon County Show.
