Congratulations to the 29 runners in Team YMCA who did a fantastic job in the London Marathon on Sunday 22nd April.
It was a truly international team with runners from North America, Trinidad and Italy as well as runners from the UK, some of them supporting local YMCAs including Guildford, East Herts, West London, City, South London, Central, Chelmsford and Ipswich.
So far, the team have raised over £33,000, with sponsorship still coming in!
One of the team, James Slater, completed the 26.2 mile course in an amazing 3 hours and 11 minutes.
