Harvest this year has been full of surprises!

We've know for some time that the quantity of grapes is going to be well down on our bumper crop last year but we have been surprised by the ripeness of the grapes.  Our Pinot Noir when pressed had the equivalent of 13.5% natural alcohol - equal to many hot climate reds!

We will be picking our final late ripening grape variety Seyval Blanc on Friday and over the weekend - do come and help us for an hour or so (and see the vineyard) if you can - details below.
