Quality accommodation at two top class Exeter hotels is available for free in the run up to Christmas for anyone living together named Mary and Joseph!
Two of Exeter's leading city centre hotels are joining forces to run the amusing seasonal initiative to highlight the Christmas Nativity procession that takes place across the city centre on Sunday 19 December.
Jurys Inn and The Rougemont by Thistle will offer couples called Mary and Joseph a free night's accommodation including breakfast between the 16 and 19 December, 2010.
To claim their free room in Exeter, all Mary and Joseph need to do is ensure they have photo ID (passport or photo driving license), and then email maryandjoseph@heartofdevon.com
The Exeter Nativity procession is taking place during the same weekend of the offer. Key scenes from the age-old Christmas story are recreated as Mary and Joseph look for a place to stay. The event has become a phenomena in Exeter – last year over 2.000 turned out to watch donkeys, sheep, angels and more join the couple on their historical journey across the city centre.
