Flybe, Europe’s largest independent regional airline, has finalised its summer schedule for 2014, confirming it will operate more than 150 routes from 65 UK and European airports for next summer between March 30th and October 25th, 2014 featuring 17 routes from Exeter with one way fares from £39.99 including taxes and charges.

This reaffirms Flybe’s commitment to the regional economies of the UK with a product and an experience that is in tune with its customers’ needs.

The airline can also confirm that its route to Newcastle from Exeter will be withdrawn with effect from March 27th 2014 together with its two summer only services to Barcelona and Nice.

Passengers affected by these changes are being contacted and offered, where possible, an alternative Flybe flight or a full refund on their ticket.

Commenting on the new schedule, Paul Simmons, Flybe’s Chief Commercial Officer said: “We are pleased to confirm our summer 2014 schedule. We have taken a long hard look at all the routes we fly from Exeter to make sure they are what our customers really want and that they operate at the best possible times for everyone. The extent of our regional network, with more than 150 routes on sale for next summer means that no other airline has the regional and onward international connectivity offered by Flybe.”
