The club offer a wide range of classes throughout the week from 7am through to 9pm ranging from high impact aerobic to holistic and dance.

A full timetable is available either on their website www.exetergcc.co.uk or at the club reception with classes costing £6 per non member.

Martin Halse, General Manager of Exeter Golf and Country Club said, “Our classes are very popular already with members, and especially our gym members who can enjoy most of the classes for free as part of their membership. We have a stunning studio which is flooded with natural daylight through the Georgian windows of our mansion house building, creating a really inspirational environment for those wishing to get fit or just find ways to relax and switch off.”

The classes include aerobics, spinning, circuits, bodypump, street dance and zumba along with holistic classes including Pilates, yoga, Tai Chi, core stability and wellness.
