Devon’s Crealy Great Adventure Park, part of the Maximum Fun Holdings Ltd Group has seen its former Investors in People ‘Standard’ status be increased to ‘Silver’.
The leading Devon attraction recently under went an Investors in People (IIP) assessment, where Park bosses, supported by the HR Department demonstrated a commitment to staff training, development and communication.
The qualification for additional recognition as an IIP employer and the only ‘silver’ status adventure park in the UK is another feather in the cap for the ongoing development programme planned by the leading Devon attraction as it looks to its 2012 season.
Recognising the developments that the Park has made the assessor’s commented, “Key to the success is the new empowering regime and the capital investment into the business which has helped build new focus and excitement…the new Managing Director has brought new ideas and new culture to a well established business.”
