As usual, we are very fortunate to have a variety of musical events happening in Exeter. Here are a few:
12 November - Classics Galore! In aid of FORCE cancer charity, a full orchestra, brass band and two choruses provide an evening of popular classical music at Exeter University Great Hall 7.30pm.
17 November - Christmas with the Cathedral Choir - An evening of festive music fo choir, organ and audience at Exeter Cathedral 7.30pm.
19 November - Exeter Festival Chorus 'Gloria!' - Joined by Devon County Junior Choris, Wells Cathedral School Brass Ensemble an Bath Camerata (chamber choir), they perform John Rutter's 'Gloria', as well as Bob Chilcott's 'Salisbury Vespers' 7.30pm.
7 December - Exeter Choral Society Concert - Hayden's 'Creation' (parts 1 and 2) at St James's Church 7.30pm.
10 December - Exeter Festival Chorus 'Carol Sing' at The Mint Methodist Church 7.30pm.
19 December - Exeter Festival Chorus Handel's 'Messiah' with Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra at Exeter Cathedral 7.30pm.
28 January - The Candlelight Concert - traditional New Year concert, sung by candlelight at Exeter Cathedral 7.30pm.
31 March - Exeter Festival Chorus Bach's 'St Matthew Passion' - Easter concert with Baroque ensemble Music for Awhile at Exeter Cathedral 7.30pm.
